Have you ever experienced the following? Someone has an idea to make the process “better”, but after it’s implemented it is not working. Actually, the process is not better at all. You think: “Of course it didn’t work, because…”.
Ideas for solving problems are often conceived by a group of people – often managers – in conference room, without them knowing the actual situation and daily practices in the workplace. Only, by the time they have implemented the idea, they notice what is really going on. This results in failure to actually solve the problem and people doing the work shaking their heads.
